Open Space Alignment Study

PPG17 provides national planning guidance on open space, sport and recreation. Each of the three South Worcestershire authorities had carried out their own assessments so this study was commissioned to assess each strategy on open space, sport and recreation, and consider whether these individual strategies can be deemed part of an overall ‘sound’ evidence base for the Joint Core Strategy on these particular issues. The study also sets out a long-term vision and objectives for delivering open space, sport and recreation for South Worcestershire.
