Local Housing Needs Report
for South Worcestershire

While the sub-regional work for the Strategic Housing Market Assessment Report provided the strategic context and much of the necessary data collection to inform the Joint Core Strategy, it was also recognised that this required analysis of housing needs and issues at a more local level within the 3 districts of South Worcestershire. In February 2007, a Project Team with representatives from the 3 districts therefore commissioned the South Worcestershire Housing Needs Report as an extension and further development of the sub-regional assessment.
