The purpose of this study was to analyse data and trends relating to local housing markets and issues of affordability of housing within a sub-region of the wider West Midlands region.
This sub-region comprises the six districts of Worcestershire plus two districts in south Warwickshire, namely Stratford upon Avon and Warwick. It therefore has a direct association with the three districts involved in the production of the South Worcestershire Joint Core Strategy.
