Transport Survey
This report provides background evidence to the South Worcestershire Joint Core Strategy (SWJCS) and the Site Allocations and Policies (SAP) development plans. This is a technical report and is not a decision making document. Decisions of how the evidence established by this survey will be applied and developed will be made through the SWJCS and SAPDPD documents. The survey does not propose or infer a level or type of development that should be directed to particular tiers of settlement or individual settlements. Indeed the SWJCS process could vary the suggested hierarchy. The process of making decisions about the level of growth directed to individual settlements will have to be informed by a wide range of material considerations such as the individual constraints and opportunities which exist at each settlement. The purpose of an evidence study is to provide a framework upon which planning policy can be developed.
